SHIPPING & RETURNS

All orders will be shipped on the next business day, Monday through Thursday. We do not process shipments on Fridays or weekends. Please plan your orders accordingly! Additionally, please note that shipments containing live animals may be delayed if the weather near us drops below 2°c, as we want to ensure their safety and prevent any harm due to cold temperatures.

We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and in the same condition it left our care.

While most orders typically arrive intact, there may be rare instances where this doesn't happen.

So, what should you do if there's an issue?

If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us immediately. We will cover any DOA (Dead On Arrival) claims within one hour of Royal Mail confirming your parcel's delivery. After this one-hour window, we will no longer accept DOA claims.

Please note that if you order a set of 10 Isopods, and we send 12 (2 additional extras), and 2 of those arrive DOA, this will not be covered by DOA, as the additional Isopods are included to account for potential loss during transit.

However, if more than the extra Isopods arrive DOA, here’s what we’ll need to process your replacement request:

- A clear photo of all the DOA's, so we can verify they are the same ones we sent. This also helps us figure out whay may have went wrong during transport to help prevent this in the future

- A handful of suitable dates when someone will be home to accept the replacement delivery and check the contents upon arrival to confirm everything is all well
