All the isopods that we sell are 100% captive-bred. That is a guarantee
We do not and will never knowingly sell wild-caught specimens as captive-bred, unlike some other sellers. Transparency is one of our core values, and we are committed to maintaining honest practices.
While we do maintain a few wild-caught projects, these are not published for sale and are part of long-term efforts to establish sustainable captive-bred lines over time.
Our Live Arrival Promise
Our Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) is straightforward.
If any isopods arrive deceased, which can occasionally happen despite best efforts, we will gladly replace them, provided a few conditions are met.
To qualify for a replacement:

Proof is required. You must provide clear photos or a video of the deceased isopods being DOA (Dead On Arrival).

Timely notification. The package must be opened within one hour of the delivery time. For example, if tracking shows delivery at 1:00 PM, you must contact us no later than 2:00 PM.
This one-hour window is standard within the hobby, giving customers ample time to inspect their delivery and report any concerns.
