Please mark your auction win within the checkout notes section, so we can make sure your parcel is correct! 
You’ll be asked what postage options you’d like during the checkout process. Our live arrival guarantee still applies for all auction wins, however please read our LAG policy to understand fully!
Payments are processed in £1 increments so if your auction total is £20, please add 20 of this item to your cart before finalising at the checkout. Otherwise your auction win, will not be dispatched until payment has been corrected!
However, if you win an auction at £20.50, it’s entirely your choice if you want to keep the 50p, or add an additional 50p!. If you do add extra, we’d only consider this as a tip and will not include any extras! So please keep that in mind
